The Fine Arts Center provides the core for the Fine and Performing Art Departments of San Juan College, and serves as a community performing arts theatre. The campus has two theatres. The Henderson Performance Hall is a 688-seat auditorium/theater with 50-ft stage, a full fly loft and grid platform, and a 50-piece orchestra pit with hydraulic lift and a Steinway grand, a Bösendorfer grand, and a Baldwin baby grand piano. The backstage area has large dressing rooms and set load in areas, and performance lighting and sound system. The newly renovated 300-seat Connie Gotsch theatre provides excellent natural acoustics and an intimate atmosphere, it has LED lighting, backstage dressing rooms, and a Steinway baby grand. Both theatres have projectors and screens. And catering services are available through the college.

The center also contains an art wing with art gallery and includes ceramics, painting, graphic design, sculpture and print making instructional and laboratory areas.

The music department accommodates an instrumental Studio, Vocal Studio, recording studios and practice rooms.

A large, public meeting room seats from 500 to 750 people and is equipped with multimedia presentation systems. The room can be divided into two, three or four smaller areas with movable partitions.
